    Blair Sweeney is President of Alchemia Resources, where he oversees the firm’s financial operations, investor relations, and deal structuring across its commodity trading platform. With over two decades of experience leading large-scale real estate ventures, Blair brings institutional financial rigor and strategic execution capabilities to Alchemia’s growing global footprint.

    In addition to his role at Alchemia, Blair currently serves as President of Ironwood Development Partners, responsible for self-storage development and investment. His track record includes leading the development of $2 billion in residential and self-storage assets, primarily in challenging, high-barrier-to-entry markets. At Alchemia, Blair applies his deep background in capital formation, risk management, and project execution to the resource sector, with a particular focus on building transparent, financial systems that support Alchemia’s mineral trading operations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

    David Hull serves as Head Trader at Alchemia Resources, where he leads the firm’s operations and trading activities. With a Master’s Degree in Trade Finance and a background spanning multiple continents, David brings deep expertise in structuring cross-border trades, managing counterparty risk, and navigating the logistics of emerging market supply chains.

    Prior to co-founding Alchemia, David built his trading career at HCI Trading Limited, overseeing hardwood exports. This work gave him firsthand insight into frontier markets and allowed him to cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers, government institutions, and logistics providers. David’s transition into mineral trading was driven by a strategic focus on quality-controlled, logistically supported supply chains in Africa and South America. He leverages his extensive network and understanding of trade finance to structure secure, scalable transactions that move critical raw materials to buyers around the globe.
